Your performance as a human is 💯 based on what you put INTO your body, mind and sole.

We all want MORE from ourselves. Whether that’s more energy, clarity, to have more freedom, look better, feel better, be stronger and fitter. To sleep better, have more sex, live on purpose or have more money.

BUT people just want to take from themselves and demand MORE of their body.

Pushing it harder mentally, physically and emotionally.

Working more hours, more hours logged into their phones and social media. More fast food or food on the go because they’re too busy to eat. More coffee to stay alert, more booze to relax and chill.

Neglecting themselves, neglecting their family, neglecting their relationships.

Always expecting more from the body and just hoping you’ll get through. Just hoping you won’t crash and burn. But this mentality is like playing Russian Roulette, at some point you’re going to get hit with the bullet that hurts you.

Some people it’s a mental break down, off work with stress or depression.

Some people it’s a physical breakdown, heart attack, exhaustion, burn out, disease or illness.

Your body and mind is only ever as good as what you put back in. The engine will only run on what fuel goes in.

So what can you do? 

Feed yourself the right foods, do the right exercises, get enough sunlight, get enough rest and recovery. Learn more, put better knowledge into yourself. Connect deeper with people, love more, create more space for yourself to think.

Spend time on GIVING BACK to your body, something every day and you’ll reap the rewards the other end.

And that’s the truth, start giving back to yourself rather than just taking.

If you were in a relationship and all you did was take, take, take what would happen?

Eventually it would end right? because you gave nothing back.

You’re body is the same, your mind is the same. You continue to take without putting back and that’s when we crash and burn.

You don’t need to go off the grid, live like a monk, be vegan or become a gym rat.

Just some simple, straight forward optimisation practises for your: Mind, Body, Sleep, Play, Relationships, Nutrition and Energy and you can transform your day.
