In my experience the different between where you are right now in your life and where you want to be (dream life, purpose, body, money, career, love, relationships, freedom)…
Comes down to 3 things:
1) Knowing exactly who you are, what you’re about as a person, what your truth is, what you want from your life and why you want it?
Knowing and understanding YOU is critical because until you know your ‘truth’, you will be distracted, unfulfilled, overwhelmed and following others around you without ‘really’ knowing why.
Discover you and who you are.
2) Personal development.
The things we want and desire in life, our goals and aims are ONLY achieved when we grow as a person.
The gap between your current position and your dream life is…YOUR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.
Develop your energy, your body, your skill set, your mindset, your persistence, your patience and the space you give yourself to achieve your goals.
Expecting MORE without being or giving more is insanity.
Develop everything about you and bridge the gap between where you are RIGHT NOW, and where you WANT TO BE.
3) Daily consistency and commitment.
Probably the toughest thing for most people.
Being committed DAILY to your purpose, persuit and dreams is what it WILL TAKE.
A stop start mentality will leave you frustrated, pissed off and struggling.
Everyday, regardless if you feel buzzing with life or fed up…do something that gets you closer to your goals or at the very least keeps you on track.
And always remember the persuit/journey must be rewarding and engaging otherwise you’ll quit before you even get to your goal.
